Is iSalon2You compatible with all computer systems?
Our web-based system is compatible with any computer system you might have -- PC, MAC or LINUX.

What web browsers work with iSalon2You?
Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4.

Do I have to install anything? What about upgrades?
Our web-based system requires no software installation – internet access is all you need. Upgrades are automatically done for you. No need to purchase or install upgrades yourself.

Can I access my business while traveling?
When you use a web-based system, you can access your business online from any computer in any location wherever you happen to be--at work, at home and even while traveling. If you have access to the internet, then you can use our system.

Will I have to sign up for training to use your system?
No. iSalon2You is the first salon & spa management system on the market that requires no training. Our user-friendly intuitive design provides a simple step-by-step guide that will show you exactly how to set up each feature of the program. Plus, our large buttons, color coding, and icons that are simple to understand help you keep information organized and move through each function easily and quickly.

Will our data be backed up on a regular basis?
Yes, all data is backed up on a daily basis and stored in several different locations on secure state-of-the-art servers that are protected against unauthorized entry and security breaches.

Is your system protected by firewalls?
Our system operates on a dedicated network protected by firewalls and routinely monitored to ensure your data is safe.

Do you perform routine security updates?
Yes. Our sophisticated system infrastructure is updated frequently with the latest security patches.

Are we protected against a system failure?
By operating full redundancy, we have taken the necessary precautions to make certain our system is fully operational at all times even if multiple servers should fail.

Is our billing information is safe?
We use the same type of secure encryption used by banks to process your credit card transactions. A PCI-compliant network is utilized to transmit, store and process all credit card information.

I own a small salon, will iSalon2You work for me?
Yes! Our Silver Package would be an ideal solution to help you manage and streamline your salon operations. That package is just $49/month and includes up to five operators.

What features are included with iSalon2You?
All three packages—Silver, Gold & Platinum—include the following features: Administrator Console, Appointment Book, Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Customer Management, Employee Management, Accounting, Reporting Console, Enhanced Security and Dedicated Support.

Do you offer a free trial?
When you sign up for any of our three salon/spa management packages, you’ll have a full 60 days to test drive all of the features offered in our system before we bill your account. Which means the first two months of your service is absolutely free! If you decide to cancel your plan within the first 60 days, you won’t pay anything.

What about cancellations after the 60-day trial period?
iSalon2You does not require you to sign any long-term contracts. You are billed on a month-to-month basis. If for any reason you should decide to cancel your service after the 60-day trial period, you will only pay for charges incurred up to the month of cancellation. No further charges will be billed to your account after that.

Can I change plans at any time?
If you should downsize or expand your salon or spa business in the future and need to make ajustments to the number of operators, you can downgrade or upgrade your iSalon2You package at any time.

How do I sign up?
There are 3 easy steps to sign up: 1) select the package that best suits your needs; 2) complete the billing information form and 3) receive your private weblink via email to get you started.

What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
